Vitamin C Prevention for Diabetes

According to new research from the Institute of Metabolic Science in Cambridge, England, diets with higher levels of vitamin C may lower risk of developing type 2 diabetes.

Likelihood of developing disease was 62% lower among individuals with the highest vitamin C levels. The farmer's markets of the summer are open -- help yourself to some fruits and veggies!
