Swine Flu Outbreak Triggers Public Health Emergency

WASHINGTON, April 26 (MedPage Today) -- The Obama administration has declared a public health emergency as a "precautionary move" to combat the swine flu outbreak, which has grown from two cases to 20 in less than a week.
