Mr. President, it is obvious that healthcare requires change. Change is needed in order to assure equal access to all, an end to disparities in quality and service, sanity in costs, and realize other reforms that will promote healthcare “justice” for all.
You have just called for a significant expansion of use of healthcare information technology (HIT) by hospitals and physicians as part of your economic rescue plan.
