The company remains entangled in litigation over its marketing of this drug. That litigation has lead to the release of numerous internal documents that provide quite a view of Lilly's marketing practices.

Recently we posted about some dubious practices at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center that seemed to contradict this proud academic medical institution's mission.

First, there was the case of the "A-list" of local notables who were to have special access, including enhanced access to physicians (see posts here and here).
