I have worked with seniors and their healthcare issues for a long time. The best advice I can give you is don't grow old.

Don't get me wrong, I am not advising you against aging, unless, of course, you have figured out how to stop the clock ticking.

It is believed those seniors who exercise, live longer and their strength is as equal to 10 years younger people then them.

This can only happen, if you are used to doing exercise regularly. While doing exercise it is not important that you are supposed to do 1 or 2 hours every day.

Doing exercise for few minutes can also work, at least a minimum of half an hour. Exercising also solves a lot of problems of older people in terms of their bones formation.
