MedImmune Recalls 3,000 H1N1 Vaccine Doses

WASHINGTON (MedPage Today) -- Drugmaker MedImmune will conduct a voluntary recall of several lots of its H1N1 2009 influenza nasal spray vaccination, the FDA announced.
