Food Allergy Prevalence Rises Dramatically (CME/CE)

The prevalence of reported food allergies and visits to hospitals and doctors offices for treatment related to food allergies have risen dramatically among children in the U.S. in the past decade, but the underlying causes for these increases remain unclear, a new study found.
