Are you sick of eating cheese and bacon? Look, I know many people are thoroughly convinced that the atkins diet is the way to health and fitness. Whether you believe that or not, the point is you can do this program and stay with whatever diet you are currently on. However, wouldn't it be nice to be able to eat anything you wanted to moderately because you were working out efficiently?
Are you sick of what you see in the mirror?
I mean if you were blatently honest with yourself, didn't suck in your gut, and had to stare, what would you think?
