DDW: Hospitalized IBD Patients More Susceptible to MRSA (CME/CE)

CHICAGO (MedPage Today) -- Patients hospitalized with inflammatory bowel disease were 39% more likely to become infected with methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) than those admitted with other gastrointestinal conditions, a retrospective study showed.
