AASLD: HCV Response Linked Strongly to Gene Variant (CME/CE)

BOSTON (MedPage Today) -- Additional analysis has confirmed that a polymorphism in an interferon-related gene is strongly associated with responses to standard treatments for hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection, a researcher said here.
